"We would like to thank you for making our basement dream a reality. We appreciated the high degree of professionalism demonstrated by yourself and your staff. Of particular note was the continual high quality of workmanship exhibited by all and the true desire to do the job right. It is our belief that higher quality work cannot be had at any price.
Whenever you do a remodel of this magnitude, you have to be able to trust your contractor with unsupervised access to your home. That was never an issue with you and your staff. We were comfortable with them being here, and they never broke that trust.
As for cost, this job was expensive. Then again, it was a big, involved job. Compared with the quote that we received from another high end Cincinnati remodeler, your cost was lower by around 35%. This was significant savings based on the magnitude of this project. We feel we received a very high value for the money we spent.
We have other projects planned for the future. We will be calling you again when the time comes to execute them."
