"We would like to thank you for making our basement dream a reality. We appreciated the high degree of professionalism demonstrated by yourself and your staff. Of particular note was the continual high quality of workmanship exhibited by all and the true desire to do the job right. It is our belief that higher quality work cannot be had at any price.

Whenever you do a remodel of this magnitude, you have to be able to trust your contractor with unsupervised access to your home. That was never an issue with you and your staff. We were comfortable with them being here, and they never broke that trust.

As for cost, this job was expensive. Then again, it was a big, involved job. Compared with the quote that we received from another high end Cincinnati remodeler, your cost was lower by around 35%. This was significant savings based on the magnitude of this project. We feel we received a very high value for the money we spent.

We have other projects planned for the future. We will be calling you again when the time comes to execute them."

"Paul Sillis Construction did a beautiful remodel on my basement. His finish work was top notch, he listened to all my ideas, added some of his own and made it all happen. We are 100 percent happy with his work. He always put everything in writing, you knew what the project cost, how much you paid and the balance. Any add on costs during the job were always giving to you in writing. He personally took me shopping for cabinets which was so nice! We are actually in the process of hiring him again to remodel our master bath. We were even gone for 3 weeks during the remodel and he is such an honest guy I had no worries whatsoever. "We couldn't be happier with the work that Paul and team did to finish our basement. We use our new space every day—the flow and function is perfect and the amazing level of craftsmanship in the finish detail makes the space beautiful.

Paul was able to come up with a floor plan that incorporated everything on our wish list, including a large family / entertaining room with a full bar, a full bath, a large kids playroom and plenty of storage. This was a big project for us, but Paul's responsiveness and calm, confident demeanor made it easy to work together.

We also can't say enough great things about the crew that was in our home on a day-to-day basis.
